A major research assignment entitled “Organizational Structure, Planning and Control System in Kuwaiti Banks" has been completed. The structure and behavioral processes of 9 Kuwaiti

Banks were explored with a focus on organizational change and development. The study was sponsored by the Institute of Banking Studies, Kuwait during May-June, 1993.
Another major Research assignment, titled “Organizational systems, Management Processes and Policies of Kuwaiti Banks” having a focus on how to create a learning organization in Banking

Sector was completed in September-October, 1995. The study was sponsored by the Institute of Banking Studies, Kuwait.
